Our members celebrating a birthday this week are Tanner Gardner (Jan. 18th), J. Geasley (Jan. 21st), Howie Hart (Jan. 22nd) and Luke Wersching (Jan. 22nd).
Please remember that we have two adult Sunday School classes each week beginning at 8:30. Beth Halsell’s class is beginning the last section of the “Believe” series, studying the Fruit of the Spirit. Becky Beck is leading a study called “The First Christmas” by Marcus Borg. We hope you will take advantage of one of these great classes.
Thank you to those who have already completed our year-end survey. We have received some great information. If you haven’t already, please take a moment to answer these simple, eight questions now. We need as many people to take the survey as possible.

Sunday School Teachers WANTED
All that is required of you is to have a willing heart to love children and share with them the lesson prepared for you. Dates you would teach, curriculum, and supplies will be prepared for you in advance. Further inquiry should be directed to Abby at firstname.lastname@example.org or see her Sunday mornings.
By saying yes, you would be added to a rotation system for only the months of January through May. If you wish to continue in the rotation after the 5 month commitment, we would love that, but understand short-term commitments might work better for you.
Women’s Bible Study
It isn’t too late to join our women’s bible study group each Tuesday morning from 9:30-12:00. We are studying The Gospel of Mark: The Jesus We’re Aching For, by Lisa Harper. Anyone interested in attending can contact Beth Halsell at email@example.com.
Thank you to all who helped remove Christmas decorations and deep clean the church last week. Anyone who is willing to help shampoo carpets and wash inside windows during the next few weeks, please contact the church office.
The next Hope House Volunteer Days are January 25th (Wed.), 27th (Fri.) and 28th (Sat.) from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Faithbridge Church is hosting a sermon series in January focusing on the Beatitudes, Jesus’ eight statements of virtue. Each sermon will spotlight two of the Beatitudes using songs from The Beatles. The long and winding road leads us to God’s door. It will never disappear and will always lead you to him because he knows that all we need is love. All those who are meek and who hunger and thirst for justice, join us at Faithbridge Church this Sunday at 9:45, for your words of wisdom, located 901 HIGHWAY 42 in Osage Beach. No perfect people allowed.
