Ways to Get Connected
We will be taking photographs for the church directory again this Sunday immediately following the service. If you need a picture taken or would like to update your family photo, please plan to stop in the Community Room on your way out.
Poinsettias for the Holidays
Continuing a tradition started last year at Faithbridge, we are asking for poinsettia donations to brighten the building throughout the Christmas season. They may be tagged in memory of a loved one and placed near the fountain or the worship center entrance.
Anyone providing a poinsettia is encouraged to take the plant home after the Christmas Eve service or the following Tuesday. Those remaining will be donated to a local nursing home.
If you are baking cookies for the Christmas Eve delivery to first responders and workers, please be sure to have them at the church by noon on Saturday, December 23rd.
Faithbridge Family Christmas Party
We hope you will be joining us this Friday, December 15th for our Christmas party. If you can’t make the show, you are still welcome to come to the pot-luck which begins at 5:30 at Faithbridge.
Christmas Eve Service
We hope to see you at 6:30PM on Sunday, December 24th for our Christmas Eve Candlelight service. This will replace our usual Sunday morning service. We are hoping to have a larger than usual crowd, so are asking that our able bodied members park in the “Love to Sew” lot or carpool, if possible. This will leave more spots in our lot for visitors.
Hope House Volunteer Days
The next Hope House Volunteer Days are January 24th (Wed.), 26th (Fri.), 27th (Sat.) and 31st (Wed.) from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Thank you to everyone who had a part in the Christmas Cantata this past Sunday. It was a great way to ring in the holidays. Our choir did an exceptional job. A special thank you goes out to Mark McPheeters, John Marsi and Keely Wersching for their “behind the scenes” help.
College Care Packages
A special thank you to everyone who participated in sending the care packages to our college students. They have all been received and were greatly appreciated!

Last week was a lot of fun for me. First, let me say what a great job our choir did last week! A job well done for the whole group, and special thanks are in order to Tina for directing the group. It was also very special to see several faces that I had not seen in a while. What a great day!
This week we’re continuing our sermon series on the Gospel of Luke, and we’ll be picking up with the last half of Luke 1. Luke is full of promises from God for God’s people. God didn’t stop making promises back in Jesus’ day- God still makes promises to us too! I can’t wait to see you Sunday as we discuss the promises God makes in our lives (and be sure to read your homework, the 1st chapter of Luke)!
Blessed to bless,
