Pastor’s Piece

Happy New Year to you and your family!

This week we’ll be digging back into the gospel of Luke.  We’re in the 3rd chapter this week, which means Jesus is all grown up and he gets baptized in this chapter as well.  We’ll talk about the ministry of John the Baptist and his significance in Jesus’ life.  We’ll also take a look at what baptism is and why it matters in our spiritual lives.  For those of you who have never been baptized this will be a great introduction.  If you have been baptized, I hope this message builds you up and gives you renewed confidence to serve God in the world.  Don’t forget- your homework is to read the 3rd chapter of Luke this week!

Blessed to bless,

Pastor Andy
