Pastor Andy Blacksher has a passion for reaching people with the message of Christ – especially next generations and those who have not had good past experiences with church. He describes himself as a team-oriented, strategic and visionary leader. Andy has served as a Christian summer camp worker, worship leader, youth pastor, and pastor for more than ten years. He graduated college at Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science in communications and went to seminary at Saint Paul School of Theology for his Master of Divinity. Andy met his wife Kristen in college at Missouri State University, and they married in 2010. They have two young sons, Zachary and Nathan. 

Office Manager:  Tina Melville Faithbridge Church staff

Tina Melville comes to the lake from the Kansas City area, where she retired her position as the Registrar at the UMKC School of Law.   Prior to that, she enjoyed many years as a music teacher.  Tina received her Bachelors Degree in Music Education and a Masters Degree in Education Administration at the University of Missouri, Kansas City.  Tina and her husband Larry have two children, Ben and Samantha, and two grandchildren, Jackson and Daphne.  Her children and grandchild live in Florida and Washington DC, so she enjoys frequent trips for visits. Tina is excited to be serving at Faithbridge Church.

Worship Arts Director:

Melani Biggers was born and raised in the Lake of the Ozarks area. She attended Drury University in Springfield, MO as a Vocal Music major where she was a member of the Chamber Choir. She began singing full-time at Main Street Music Hall shortly after moving back to the lake area and is now in her 8th season with the cast. She is also currently a Human Resources Specialist at Central Bank of Lake of the Ozarks and is looking forward to serving with Faithbridge Church.

Graphic Design & Publicity Coordinator:

Kristen Blacksher finds great joy in using her marketing and communication skills to reach people for Christ. Kristen earned a Bachelor of Science in public relations and journalism from Missouri State University in Springfield, MO. She worked for various nonprofit community and faith-based organizations for ten years before moving to the Lake area. Since moving to the lake, she has focused on nonprofit marketing consultation, her wedding photography business, and enjoying the outdoors and lake life with her two little boys and pastor husband.
